FROM DON NEWBURY

Many of you know that our oldest daughter, Julie Anna Choate, was victim of a pulmonary embolism on Saturday, August 15, 2020.  She was Careflighted to Harris Hospital in Fort Worth, but passed within two hours of being stricken at her home.  She was 50 years of age, and had readied for her fourth year as principal at McCall Elementary School in Aledo.  A veteran educator of more than 29 years, she served in Aledo for 19 years.

Several have asked about her memorial service.  It is scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, August 22, 2020, Christ Chapel Bible Church, 3701 Birchman Ave., Fort Worth.  It will be livestreamed, beginning about 10 minutes prior to the service, with Internet access at: https://live.ccbcfamily.org/memorials.

We are grateful for so many messages of comfort and trust the continuing love and grace of our Lord to see us through.
