Say the following Scripture with me aloud:

“I am sure of this, that he who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus” Philippians 1:6 (CSB).

Don’t you feel a little lighter and brighter?

Sometimes we need to remember that God isn’t finished with us! We need to cut ourselves some slack.

God sees our full potential.

He isn’t shaking His head when He looks at us. God loves us! He is omniscient and sees our past, present, and future. He knows the challenges we’re facing right now and what’s down the road.

He will finish the good work He began in us!

I talk about this concept in today’s Motivational Minute.

Scripture records a conversation in Matthew 16 where Jesus changes Simon’s name to Peter, meaning rock. Jesus could see Peter’s potential, not just his shortcomings.

The same holds true for us.

For a boost of encouragement, watch today’s 60-second Motivational Minute and share the message with a friend who needs encouragement!

If you’re struggling today with discouragement and defeat, this quick video is a MUST WATCH.

Your Creator sees the gifts He’s tucked inside you. You can relax in His presence and trust that He’s not finished with the good work he started in you!
