Election Day is finally here. With a record number of early votes cast in Taylor County, and elsewhere, it’s likely you already have voted. But if you haven’t, please do so today.

Taylor County voters can cast their ballot at any of the 22 voting places in the county. A complete list of voting locations is available at the Taylor County Elections Office http://www.taylorcountytexas.org/DocumentCenter/View/2420/ED-schedule

Early votes in Taylor County totaled 39,747, surpassing the total number of early votes cast in 2016, when 30,128. Neither total includes mail-in ballots. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the early voting period this year was extended to 18 days. It ended Friday.
