Online registration is available now for the annual Global Leadership Summit, which will be held Aug. 9-10 at Hardin-Simmons University.
The conference will be streamed live from Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois. The conference is led by Bill Hybels, founder of the summit and senior pastor at Willow Creek.
This will be the eighth year for HSU to serve as one of 600 host sites in North America. The summit’s aim is to “drive transformation with fresh, actionable insight from a diverse faculty who challenge leaders to maximize their influence,” according to a news release.
Faculty members are selected for their expertise, proven success, and innovative approaches in non-profit, government, education and faith-based sectors.
Among the faculty this year are Craig Groeschel, co-founder and senior pastor of Life.Church; T.D. Jakes, founder and senior pastor of The Potter’s House; Angela Ahrendts, senior vice president of retail, Apple; Carla Harris, vice chairman, managing director and senior client advisor at Morgan Stanley, and Strive Masiyiwa, founder and chairman, Econet Group, and a philanthropist.
