The Episcopal Church of the Heavenly Rest, 602 Meander St., will host the Key City Winds for its next installment of the Chamber Music Concert Series. The ensemble’s Artists-In-Residence will perform at 5 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 27, in the church nave. The Key City Winds is a professional woodwind quintet based in Abilene. Joining the Key City Winds will be
