The church will continue that tradition this year with four performances spread over two nights, Tuesday, Dec. 16, and Wednesday, Dec. 17. Presentations will be at 7 and 8 p.m. each day. Coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies will be served following each performance.

Janna Atkins has been director of the pageant since 2003 and a member of the cast for years before that. She said this year’s presentations will include about 20 people in the cast, plus animals from Analie Acres in Hawley, a farm animal rescue nonprofit.

A recorded script and music will play throughout each presentation. Seating will provided on wooden benches resting on bales of hay. Or guests an watch from their cars in the parking lot.
