The public is invited to the annual Taste of The World Monday, Oct. 21, at the Abilene Woman’s Club, 3425 S. 14th St.

The free event is sponsored by the Abilene Interfaith Council, whose motto is “Let Us Break Bread Together in Peace.” The evening, featuring foods from various countries and cultures, begins at 6:30 p.m. In addition to the delicious food, guests will enjoy guided table conversations. This event is sponsored by First Central Presbyterian Church and is free of charge.
