Yale Theology Professor to Speak at ACU

Dr. Miroslav Volf, a theology professor at Yale Divinity School, will be guest lecturer at Abilene Christian University on Monday, March 16.

Both the lecture and a reception beforehand are open to the public. Both will be held in the Williams Performing Arts Center. Registration deadline is Monday, March 12. Click here to register.

Center. The lecture will begin at 7 p.m. in Fulks Theatre. Both events are hosted by the Saunders Center for Joy and Human Flourishing at ACU. 

Volf is the Henry B. Wright Professor of Systematic Theology and Founding Director of the Yale Center for Faith & Culture. He is the author of Exclusion and Embrace, Life Worth Living: A Guide to What Matters Most, and most recently, The Cost of Ambition, which won Christianity Today‘s award for Best Book of 2025-26 in the Popular Theology category. Seven and One Books will have copies available to purchase at the event with a book signing following his lecture.
